In aviation news, the recent aircraft supply chain scandal prompted Glenbrook Technologies to underscore its commitment to quality assurance.

The European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) recently exposed a significant scandal involving a British company, AOG Technics, supplying counterfeit or unverified engine repair components for Boeing 737 and Airbus A320 aircraft. The safety and reliability of older aircraft, especially those using the CFM56 engine, have raised serious concerns.

The EASA has urged aircraft owners, operators, maintenance organizations, and parts dealers to inspect their records for parts obtained directly or indirectly from AOG Technics, emphasizing the need for replacement due to the falsified authorization certificates.
