The JewelBox-70T is a real-time, high-resolution X-ray inspection system with Crystal-X Imaging, offering magnification up to 2000X. Designed for laboratory and failure analysis applications, it combines a patented XRTV X-ray camera with Crystal-X imaging and a 10-micron MicroTech™ X-ray source. This powerful combination provides magnification from 7X to 2000X, with a resolution of 100 line pairs/mm.

 

The system’s five-axis positioner allows operators to manipulate components and view them from any angle, ensuring fast, accurate imaging during failure analysis.
