Glenbrook Technologies' NEW Programmable Positioning Technology Dramatically Increases Productivity in
High-Volume X-Ray Inspection

This new technology enables Glenbrook X-ray Inspection Systems to automatically step from component to component and board to board through simple touch-screen programming.

Two scan modes are available to cover any scaning needs:

 

Point-to-Point Scan

This mode enables you to identify points of interest within the board design and lock their positining into memory. Then with the simple touch of an on-screen button, the inspection automatically sequences to each programmed position and will stay at each point for a specified amount of time.

 

Point-to-point positioning

Serpentine Scan

This mode is used to inspect an entire area by entering corner points of the object and the system then plots a serpentine patterned sequence. The width of each serpentine sequence can be individually set.

 

 

The programming interface graphically displays positioning specifications for added ease in setting up each sequence.

Serpentine board positioning

Now available as an option or upgrade to select models of Glenbrook X-ray Inspection Systems.
