Glenbrook’s NEW Programmable Positioning Dramatically Increases Productivity in High-Volume X-Ray Inspection

This new technology enables Glenbrook X-ray Inspection Systems to automatically step from component to component and board to board through simple touch-screen programming.

Two scan modes are available to cover any scaning needs:

Point-to-Point ScanThis mode enables you to identify points of interest within the board design and lock their positining into memory. Then with the simple touch of an on-screen button, the inspection automatically sequences to each programmed position and will stay at each point for a specified amount of time. point-to-point-boards

Serpentine Scan

This mode is used to inspect an entire area by entering corner points of the object and the system then plots a serpentine patterned sequence. The width of each serpentine sequence can be individually set.

The programming interface graphically displays positioning specifications for added ease in setting up each sequence.
